See a happy pet return to you after a re-vitalising stay with us
Our daily routine is divided into two areas: looking after each animal and maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for them. After all, our priority is the health and welfare of each boarder.
We keep their sleeping and exercise areas clean and hygienic, giving them regular exercise and play, high-quality food and making sure that they are comfortable and happy at all times. Each boarder is given one to one care and all the love and attention they deserve.
Daily Routine
07.30 Each guest is given a physical health check and any findings are acted upon. Each boarder is walked individually, or if dogs from the same family are residing together, they will be walked together, each with an individual member of staff. The morning walk lasts approximately 20 minutes.
08.00 to 09:30 Breakfast. We have a full range of Royal Canin and Arden Grange, which includes chicken, salmon, lamb and rice. Individual needs are catered for but must be supplied by the owner. Feed charts are completed and all movements and dietary habits are recorded. Medication (where necessary) is administered and charts are updated.
10.00 Guests are allowed to settle in their bedroom while each run is cleaned thoroughly.
11.00 Each guest to have a run and an interactive play session with our qualified staff
13.30 to 16.30 The play zone is opened and each guest is brushed and taken out for a walk. We have many routes to offer stimulation and variety, each walk lasting approximately 20 minutes.
17.30 Evening meal. Feed charts are completed and all movements and dietary habits are recorded. Medication (where necessary) is administered and charts are updated.
19.30 – 21.00 Quick walk on to the paddock or enrichment area and then each guest is allowed to settle.
22.00 Bedtime and a double-check that all dogs are settled and that kennels are secure for the night. (Time depends on season/weather).
