Carole your kennel technician- and Gracie's new BF, said Gracie had lots of fun. Gracie has tried to tell me but I don't speak 'woof' very well- I sense her general feeling of wellbeing though and contented sleepyness is obviously down to lots of energy expended walking out and playing in the special fun area! I am quite jealous as I have been down to London on a course and have not had fun like she obviously has! You should consider human boarding.

“Owen, my golden retriever, has stayed at QQ few times since August 2023. I had some anxieties leaving him somewhere new but they were all put to rest by the communication with QQ staff. Throughout Owens first stay, they sent photos and messages letting us know how he was getting on. Each time we have collected him they have been able to tell us about his stay in detail - It shows they are really taking time to properly look after them and ensure he has a positive experience. Owen is always happy when dropped off and actually misses his outside area when he comes home!! I could not recommend QQ enough!”

“The best boarding kennels ever! We always board Bud here when we go away and we can relax knowing he is in the best hands. We receive photos and updates when requested which is so lovely and allows peace of mind. All the girls at QQ are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to answer any questions. Will rebook here as I know my dog is looked after as if he is one of their own and the facilities themselves are so clean and tidy with plenty of green space for walks and a play area. Our family members also board their dogs here and they love it! 5 stars! Thankyou everyone at QQ!”

“My dogs, Jack Russell twins have been coming to Quintessential Quarters for their holidays since they were four months old, they are now five and a half years old. Every visit has been a great pleasure for the dogs and for myself as they are guaranteed excellent treatment - walks, play and good company on every occasion, the standard never varies, which means I am confident about their care.
There is always excitement in the car when we arrive, the squealing in the back of the car indicates a great deal of Jack Russell enthusiasm and there is never a look of regret in their eyes as they settle into their quarters. The staff take care to ensure the dogs settle down properly, a walk is usually planned soon after arrival.
It is good to know that I can ring during the dogs stay to check how their stay is going, on the many occasions they have stayed I have always received a positive report.
A sure sign of how much the dogs have enjoyed their stay is that they have been known to cry to go back to Quintessential Quarters on the way home in the car.
I do not think there can be a better recommendation than that for Quintessential Quarters.”

“Once again thank you for giving such wonderful care to our Newfie – Dibley. When we left her with you for her first boarding experience a few weeks ago – we were anxious to say the least! We had lost our previous 2 year old Newfie to bloat, and so are always mindful of every hour of every day with the breed. But we needn’t have worried! We returned to see her greet us in the same manner as we had left her – and that’s a recognition to the care you all gave her. She had obviously settled well and quickly with you and it showed in her personality and her ability to settle back in at home, just as speedily. So we had no hesitation in asking you to take her again last week for us – and she has returned home in exactly the same way!........laid back……..contented……..exercised and rested……..but challenged too! A Newfie snoring at midday, outside and during a hale storm, is a sight to be seen! So again – a thank you to you all.”

“Our cat, Donut, had an accident a few days before we were due to go away on holiday. After a frantic search, a near cancelled holiday and a lot of worry we were recommended to give Quintessential Quarters a call. Jacqui was wonderful, genuinely caring, and couldn't have done anymore for us, Donut and his sister Tinkerbell, who went along with Donut for a thoroughly enjoyed stay. We hadn't considered putting our cats in a cattery before his accident, but now - accident or not -- we will be housing them with Quintessential Quarters every time we go away. We couldn't be happier with the service Jacqui, her husband Andrew and her staff provided and were sure the cats miss their home away from home already! “We have been using Quintessential Quarters for some years now to board out two Bengals Max & Millie. They stay in a VIC pen that has running water (that anyone who has Bengals will know is essential) , a play area with different levels, and an inside and outside area for them to choose from. The outside area is contained within the building but the clever design allows fresh air into the pen. The inside area is central heated for chilly days and nights or just a normal day if you're a cat. Max & Millie particularly like watching the other cats and the staff through the windows between the pens. Jacqui and Andy and all the staff are enthusiastic and we feel the two cats enjoy their stays at Quintessential Quarters on their holidays. We have no doubt that Quintessential Quarters is the place for our cats to stay while we are away in the knowledge that the cats are safe and will be well looked after.”

“We found Quintessential Cattery on the WWW and what a find! Bobby, Jan & Rosie (The three musketeers’) were well looked after, came back relaxed and happy! We had two pens which a panel was taken out of, so they had two pens to roam about in they had plenty of sleeping places and toys to play with, scratching posts a Cats heaven. It was kept clean and they were well fed with quintessential food plus plenty of water. The Staff at Quintessential are friendly, fuss and talk to the animals completely making them feel at home! This establishment gives 100% care to all the animals that they look after, have and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cattery or dog kennels, you can see them walking the dogs regularly.”

“I cannot recommend Quintessential Quarters enough- it really is a home from home. My 21 year old cat Toffee is so important to me and the thought of me having to leave her whilst I went on holiday for 2 weeks was very traumatic, especially as she is fragile and not in the best of health. I went to see the cattery first and I liked that you could call at any time to see it. I was overwhelmed with the care and dedication of the staff and I felt like every detail of Toffee's needs were listened to. When I returned from my holiday Toffee looked fantastic- like she had had a great holiday too!!! Staff talked about her like they really knew her and not only was the food and quarters absolutely beautiful but the special care and thoughtfulness of the staff beyond the call of duty means that for me this is the best cattery for miles around and deserves to be recommended and promoted. It is worth every penny.”

“Our cat Lily has been holidaying at Quintessentials cattery for a number of years and we have always been happy leaving her at Quintessentials as the accommodation is spotless and knowing that she is very well looked after by all of the staff puts our minds at rest as we go off on our holidays. I would recommend Quintessentials - Lily was ill treated before we had her and we were worried about her settling in the cattery but when we take her she gets our of her carrier and settles into her hotel room without any problems.”
